8. Rights of the Personal Data Subject under the KVKK Law No. 6698

Article 11 of the KVKK Law No. 6698 entered into force on October 7, 2016, and the rights of the Personal Data Subject after this date are as follows:

Request information if personal data is processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,

Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request that the operations performed for the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Object to the result that emerges against the person solely by means of automatic analysis of the processed data,
Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
